Episode 5: Commandline parameters

Settings and config files mastered we will broaden our scope some more in this upcoming episode when we take a look at Nexuiz's configuration directory. This includes explaining how to set up Nexuiz for different use cases and multiple users. The benefits of the latter might be as big as 600 MB.
