NixNex

With this mutator (enabled by g_nixnex), there are no items and players carry one weapon at a time. This weapon is the same for all players, and it is regularly changed to a new random one. Ammo is regenerated, and there are no ammo pickups. However, players may also have a laser, if g_nixnex_with_laser is on.
