Grappling Hook

This is a brand-new weapon in Over The Lazy Dog.
Its primary fire is the normal Grappling hook (This doesn't uses ammo), but faster.
Its secondary fire is a like the mortar shell (This uses alot of ammo), but when it hits something, it glows bright blue and explodes, with spots everywhere, and this part is very laggy, it deducts a good amount of health and is very useful.
