Grappling Hook

The T.A.G. Seeker is a brand new weapon available on the development version of Nexuiz.

Its primary fire is the normal grappling hook. It can be used even though the g_grappling_hook is disabled. It uses no ammo.
Its secondary fire looks like a mortar shell falling down. When it hits something, it explodes, generating a lot of smoke and a blue light. This attracts players in a quite large radius, dealing some damage. It uses 25 cells per gravity bomb, which is a lot compared to other cell-using weapons.
