Heavy Laser Assault Cannon

The HLAC is a brand new weapon available on the development version of Nexuiz.

Its primary mode is a rapid firing laser shooter. It uses cells as ammo, one per shot.
The secondary mode is a charged up version of the primary. It releases multiple laser shots with a great spread.

Both modes are not very accurate, but it gets more stable when you are crouching.
