In the weapons stay mutator, weapons always stay on the map. If g_weapons_stay is set to 0, then after being picked up, weapons become translucent until they spawn again. With g_weapons_stay at 1, then when a player picks up a weapon that uses ammo they don't yet have, they receive the weapon and ammo. And setting g_weapons_stay to 2, weapons do not give ammo (players must pick up ammo), but players spawn with one pickup load of ammo.
