Competitive Nexuiz scene

Beside the FreeForAll servers and the scene around it there are a few more scenes. For example the Minstagib Scene or also the competitive scene.

• Mention what “competitive gameplay” means
• Mention the places where one can try it out (ladder, tourneys sometimes, pickup channel)
• Mention the ladder servers (btw, find out which servers the NA community usually uses for this)
• Mention the differences between FFA and ladder servers:
  • shoot from center/eye
  • splitted game into warmup/match stage
  • forced respawn
  • fbskins
  • no mirror-damage, full team damage
  • timelimit, no frag/point limit
